Told me I couldn’t come in with my hood up. I’m in about twice a week the exact same way and now the way I dress is a problem. Rude as hell and they act like you’re inconveniencing them. Great location, garbage service.

Terrible Service, I placed and confirmed my order, drove 1 & 1/2 hours for a order i placed for a incredible sale just to be told when i get there they are out of stock and they cant do anything to replace the item i ALREADY ORDERED and was awaiting pickup despite staff making zero effort to contact me beforehand saying they were out of stock. This is highly unprofessional as you should offer at least a substitute for that situation. But no i'm just told the order i place doesn't matter despite the proof i showed and was just ask to come back another time. Truly the worst experience at a dispensary i ever had. (post review edit), I attempted to contact Greensoul through the email they provided on the reply to this review and was met with radio silence after about a week. If this is your businesses version of "making things right" is sending a feel good message publicly and ignoring your potential customers privately. I will never be returning to this dispensary.

I LOVE IT HERE! BUDTENDER WAS MAD KOOL SO WAS THE GREETER! MY FAVE KIDA PLACE BECAUSE U CAN SMELL SAMPLE MANY STRANDS.🤤🫶🏾THE INSIDE IS DECORATED 🔥. ITS A WHOLE ART STUDIO! I DONT WANT TO LEAVE!🤭
