This is the only dispensary in Massachusetts that I don’t feel ripped off. The prices are reasonable and the cartridges are actually affordable when other places charge $15 to $20 more for the same exact product like fernway being for $45 but only $15 at cap! Huge selection of products.I noticed how they worked hard to make this all possible over the year plus I like they have a lot of events for networking and community participation. The complaints about the manager lady are absurd to me because she has always been kind but focused.She has a boss vibe which I’m not offended by and everyone else in there is great. Owner always friendly and personable. Another huge bonus they are always open everyday no matter what holiday. I appreciate them and their hard work.

Heyy what's up everybody my names Chris. I would like to make a quick brutally honest review. I already knew somebody was going to say something about the blonde who works the register. As I noticed in one person's review (DJ) Ok. First things first.. There is no wifi which is hella weird for a dispensary Smh. Also they are always understaffed. I spend thousands here. I come for the product and that's that. I don't care about ur personal reviews because the woman at the desk and the owner do not even smoke bud😐 Let's talk about it. Also this feedback is to educate my fellow 420 people. The blonde lady was barking at another girl before yelling at me for using the hand sanitizer on the desk. . I asked a friend what she thought, to see if I was over reacting. She said Chris why doesn't it say employees Only on the hand sanitizer. The worst part is this lady was coughing violently while my transaction is taking place and she was handling my marijuana bag and money. I said something about her possibly having Covid and the Owner said so what if she has Covid. Complete disregard for customers. You should know they care about money more than health when u go to counter and the Tips tray is closer to you than the hand sanitizer.💯 I was there with my son on Xmas and New Years and the lines were out the door with one staff member..Blonde miserable lady you are not a correctional officer nor do you work at a junyard This place is a store and ur a clerk at the counter. Shut the hell up and put my product in bag.Than You, Chris Part 2) I went tonight and the owner said I was not allowed in the Store. Terrible customer service. I will be bringing my business to the Vault which is right up the road. 👍 The owner is trying to promote his business and products as I'm leaving a negative review.. .. Instead of addressing the issue like any establishment that values my business, he refers to my feedback as "jibberish". The owner a coward and says my Review .He so scary that he doesn't even got his name on his Google profile😆👌💯. The whole reason for this feature is to inform the People about the business you are running. Not to go back and forth and advertise.🤔

I just discovered them a month ago! Best prices and products. Cute little blonde handled my order i was in and out super friendly service! Totally my new spot and should be yours as well.

Theresa is absolutely amazing! Always friendly and always has the best prices! I was there first thing Christmas Eve morning (literally first in line) and was served by Nikki - who was absolutely delightful! I went again today, two days later and was served by Nikki again, which amazing service and then I got to talk to Theresa again briefly before leaving. Again, always a pleasure seeing her! Capital is the place to go and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone. ✨🤌🏻

I had a really disappointing experience at Capital Cannabis in East Douglas. From start to finish, nothing went right. The owner came across as dismissive and unhelpful—questions about strains, potency, and pricing were met with short answers and attitude. The staff seemed untrained, the menu was confusing, and several items on the board weren’t actually available. Wait times were excessive even with no line, prices were higher than nearby shops, and the quality didn’t match what was advertised. The store felt disorganized, with inconsistent hours and deals that weren’t honored at checkout. When I tried to give feedback, I was brushed off instead of heard. Overall, poor service, poor communication, and poor value. I won’t be returning and can’t recommend this place. There are better-run dispensaries in the area that treat customers with respect and actually stand behind their products.
