From PA and come with a recommendation from a friend for specifically this location. I was recommended strongly to buy their own carts instead of other brands. Everything was fine including pricing and the other brands I got but this stores store brand has been the most awful brand I’ve had in my decade of smoking. The carts are recycled maybe that’s why but they wouldn’t hit off the very first attempt, neither cart. Every other cart had no issues. I never plan on buying their brand again

I was in your South Hadley store yesterday 12/22/25. I purchased 2 In House joints(1Kiwi Berry Drip and 1Twisted Apple plus a Blue Lobster 5 pack. To my surprise. The Kiwi Berry container was empty but the seal was unbroken. I'll swallow this one. But I'll check from now on. I think you should do the same. Thanks Ken Flythe.

Tiffany helped me on my most recent visit and went above and beyond to help me find the inventory/brands I was looking for and to steer me towards medical deals (30% off on Mondays!). Came for the quality and left with a smile! All of the staff were kind and patient, and intent on helping me! Especially Gina! I arrived without a printed version of my temp card, and without even asking, Gina told me to email her and she printed it for me! Her dedication to extending care was so tangible, and she did it all with the sweetest smile on her face! She seemed genuinely happy to help, and that was just so lovely to receive as a customer and a human. I love this place! Additionally, the flower I got was BEAUTIFUL, fresh, and resinous as always. Amazing experience.
