Overall my experience at Holyoke Canabis was Awesome, the Security Gaurd is the man! He was very kind, funny, personable and welcoming. He honestly made me feel like this was already my "home dispensary" and that I had been coming there for years even though it was my first time.... The selection of product and prices * cant beat em and the bud isn't all over dried like the last few times I went to hempest and some other dispos lately. My bud tender was very quick and quiet maybe because I pre-ordered he figured that I didnt want any info on anything else idk and he could have been tired @9p.m. Thinking back he didnt even let me know if they have a loyalty program or points program anything he didnt smile at me once. If only the gentleman in the Security position was my bud tender I'd say this trip was perfect!

Super nice staff! From the parking attendant to the budtender, everyone was friendly and helpful. The prices are great and the quality is top notch. Will definitely be back.

Karl always offers amazing service. I hope he’s there before i walk in and it’s always a pleasure to see him. He manages to be professional, efficient and quick, but also makes me feel seen and heard, like we are good friends. I truly appreciate him.

Friendly staff 👋 Knowledgeable 📖 Good vibes ✨️ I came to Holyoke for my tour of the Author, Mary Doyle Curran, and her life. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the product and they were able to let me know about the history of the building / surrounding area. If I ever make my way back to Western Mass I'll definitely give them my business. Shout out to Mario who handled our order, thanks for the information!

I absolutely adore coming here; all my friends do too. Jay is incredibly generous and always provides me with the highest quality weed available. I’ve never had a bad experience here! The employees are also very welcoming and make you feel at home. Additionally, the place is spotlessly clean and pet-friendly.
