Terrible experience. Went to get a couple pre rolls the cashier gave me the wrong product and they didn’t wanna exchange it manager was no help. Do not recommend.

I genuinely don't like coming to this place, the vibes are very corporate. The staff is absolutely terrible, one girl once asked me what flavor of weed I wanted instead of saying strain. The other people there don't really listen when you say what you want, they just want you to name the exact product and then they go ask someone where it is because they don't even know. Half the time they bring back the wrong thing. It's such a pain. I recommend the Cannabist in Lowell. Very OG vibes.
