The best deals and most friendly staff. Alisia and Catalina deserve a raise they are so sweet, always quick to help and have my order pulled up before i’m even up to the counter. 10/10 customer service from everyone there. Seriously tho the prices…10/10 and for genuinely quality product. I’ve also never seen a dispensary with a return policy but last i checked they have one if you’re unhappy with what you got but I’ve genuinely never had to use it because I always walk away happy! They’re also dog friendly and give our pup a very warm welcome every time! Just so cool to see a dispensary that genuinely cares so much about their customers. Thank you for always being our Go-To Dispensary! ❤️

I had Sam for my budtender, she was so nice and attentive and brought the right energy. She even noticed i had a discount offer for a 1$ preroll and made sure to mention it to me. The rest of the staff is just as nice !

First time in the shop, my customer service representative was absolutely outstanding and I really think he should get the $10 bonus regardless of one small issue that had nothing to do with him, but I bought a diamond infused payroll and it was completely just a box full of shattered glass with like the tiny glass fragments all over the damaged pre-roll definitely unspeakable in my opinion due to health concerns. Was welcomed by all staff had a spectacular experience felt welcomed prices were wonderful My only constructive feedback is that have somebody due away grocery check of the goods as they’re being picked to make sure that a customer doesn’t get a very expensive pre-roll covered in broken glass dust

I had an incredible experience at Diem Cannabis Dispensary in Lynn! Samantha was easily the most helpful sales associate I’ve EVER had at a cannabis store, and she made the whole visit feel easy and enjoyable from start to finish 😊. She really took the time to listen to what I was looking for, especially for nausea relief and relaxation, and gave me great recommendations based on my needs. I loved that she even took a few minutes to research strains on her computer to make sure she was pointing me in the right direction!! That extra effort really stood out 💪🏻. Finally, her fun, relaxed energy was such a nice bonus on a cold winter day in Massachusetts. Diem is lucky to have Samantha, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her!
