Jess helped us out and was amazing! Super knowledgeable and amazing at helping us find the right products for the outcome we were looking for. Unfortunately, the cartridge I purchased has an air bubble or something similar wrong with it, so I cannot actually use the cartridge. But the service was incredible and I blame the production company, not the sellers!
