Theory Wellness: Medford Dispensary

Really friendly atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The store has a very welcoming vibe, and the lady up front was extremely nice, helpful, and easy to talk to. She made the whole experience feel comfortable and not rushed at all, which I really appreciated. The selection here is really good, with a wide variety of products to choose from, so there’s something for everyone whether you know exactly what you want or are just browsing. The store itself is big, clean, and well organized, which makes it easy to look around and take your time. There is also a lot of merchandise available, from accessories to branded items, which is a nice bonus and shows they put effort into their presentation. Pricing was a little higher than what I’m personally used to coming from Chicago, but that wasn’t a deal breaker considering the quality and overall experience. One thing that really stood out to me was that they offer a 10% veteran discount, which I think is awesome and shows appreciation for service members. Overall, it’s a really cool store with great staff, a solid selection, and a positive atmosphere. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

I've been coming to this store since opening day, and I've only seen it go downhill since September. Employees are usually huddled together in groups of three or more, doing nothing but having conversations about the customers while there's a line to the door. They also seem completely miserable most nights, like they don't want to be there. It seems all the original staff from opening that cared about the customers and the business are gone, and that's just depressing knowing that I'm just a customer who can no longer ask questions without receiving attitude or truthful information. I would not recommend shopping here; there are plenty of other dispensaries in the area.

Everyone in Theory is pleasant and happy! They don’t hesitate to answer questions! They don’t just take your money and push you out the door! They actually converse with you and remember who you are! I love Theory Medford, MA staff!!!
