Ever since rev clinic closed I started coming here, prices are great however ,I wish they would do delivery for medical patients in surrounding areas, more options on edibles with full spectrum, all they have is stevia hence the reason why I rarely get edibles there. They have more products for stevia then indica and hybrids on full spectrum. Makes me miss rev clinic so much. 😭😭😭 but for the mean time, ill keep on shopping here

Customer service in this place is about as good as a car with no engine. I’ve been going here for the last 2 years and have been a victim to their price gouging for “premium flower”, Yesterday was it for me. I went in and due to the condition of my ID (it wasn’t bad until the lady bent it more and damn near broke it) I wasn’t able to get in. Not mad at that at all cause doing your job is doing your job, but the fact that my ID has been in the condition it is in for almost a year now and they’ve actually let me in previously was kind of wild. Y’all want great customer service with people who actually care and want your business, I recommend castle leaf in Brighton or for the super late night, new dia in Fenway, both have great pricing and friendly-care about you, staff. Obviously me saying I won’t go back doesn’t affect the business but the reasons I’m not going back hopefully open up eyes for smokers not only price wise but on the customer service aspect as well. And for the employees reading, yall got this far, the star was only so I could leave a review of this trash bin.

Best service, best rewards, always kind and peaceful atmosphere. as a medical patient fast service. Online orders are ready as soon as you finish the order. As a recreation customer we get the same service treatment with specials and rewards as well. If you have not yet shopped here, DO IT NOW. Get the Oz bags. I got moon drops as seen in my photo.

Staff is very professional and welcoming if it’s ur first time there or if ur a regular. The vibe is on point and never dull in there. They also have decent pricing and good deals once and a while (nick was such a great guy he know what he was talking about ) parking goes all the way back if building and the few times I had gone there it needed a cop directing traffic .

I always have a great experience at Garden Remedies, thanks to the amazing staff. Cam is consistently outstanding—he’s knowledgeable about products and stock, personable, and genuinely friendly. What stands out most is how he remembers returning customers and makes the experience feel welcoming every time. I also want to mention that Rob C. has been equally great in past visits—just as helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive. It’s clear that both Cam & Rob take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this dispensary for both the products and the incredible customer service!
