I don’t know what happened to this place. I really used to love going here. Last night was a bit ridiculous though. They had a water main break and were forced to close early, sure, that’s fine. At least have the common courtesy to call your pick up orders and tell them they are canceled and we’re closed. Drove 2 hours away for a pickup placed at 9 am. Meanwhile dozens of customers outside with the same scenario. It is soooo easy to notify your pickups that they’re canceled. Called in to see what was up and couldn’t have spoken to a more passive aggressive employee who provided zero apologies or rectification. Will be going to silver therapeutics just down the road as they are at least kind to people. Thanks for the sincere waste of time.

Best place for all of your needs hands down and the staff are amazing too! They are not only super helpful, but very knowledgeable. I drive almost an hour one way, just for the quality and service at Clear Sky, North Adams. They have tons of cute merch for human and four legged friends too. If you haven’t been in, take the time - you won’t regret it!

Could not love this place more! Phenomenal prices, huge selection and THE BEST staff - super knowledgeable, friendly, funny and it really makes me feel valued as a customer that they remember me from visit to visit. Absolutely stop in - it really *is* the best joint in town!
