There is 1 guy here that makes it worth it coming here and his name is Tim. If you wanted good weed you wouldn't be coming here anyway but Tim is your best bet. Everyone else is pretty much fake especially the women they are entitled and judgy and certainly have a great time making fun of people (they don't try to hide it they will say some crazy stuff right to your face). Tim doesn't bring his BS or a bs attitude into the job. Tim is the GOAT. Management is all women and they have the worst attitude. Try and call this place they have nobody to guide calls. If you buy carts here just go in within 7 days and tell them it's junk. They have to throw it out and refund you. Last time I buy that here they are all junk. You could literally go in and say that it's junk and they would have no idea. That's how many bad ones they sell.

The whole staff is very well trained. They can answer any questions. Great products and low prices and even lower with the frequent specials.

Terrible experience at the Somerset, MA location. On October 7th, around 11:35 AM, the manager Heather completely disrespected me over a simple question about my reward points. Instead of giving a straight answer, she got confrontational, and another employee even started cursing. I was basically pushed out of the store for no reason. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from management. This place seriously needs to get its staff under control.

Was a few days after the 10 day return policy with a vape cart bad out of the box. I explained that I bought two and only opened one at the time? She said policy thanks for asking though. She never even looked at the damaged product.

Timothy was awesome. Just broke up with my girlfriend and he recommended some dope things to get me in a better mood.! He even hooked me up with a mix of strains for flower. Definitely knew what to grab for hybrid strains and his pleasantry demeanor definitely made me smile. Guy was great, would definitely be back just to have him as a budtender again!
