They are always helpful never had a bad experience with them. I also like that I'm not rushed even when it's closing time for them. I was last minute a few times.

I have been a regular costumers ever since Skymint was recognized as Three Fifteen Cannabis and this was the very first place I purchased weed in 2022 when I discharged from the Military since then I feel as I have been a very loyal customer and they sure have there way of showing their customer appreciation. I understand the receptionist at the front have a job to do and turning away someone with an expired drivers license is reasonable and understandable but you don’t even consider the veterans ID which a previous receptionist had no problem honoring earlier this week. The service has seen a steady decline over the years. Over the years I have experienced lack of consistency in how customers are treated. Very seldom do they have any desired product in stock. This dispensary has the most underwhelming variety of products in west Michigan. The rewards programs is awful compared to other dispensaries and you’ll likely save money paying full price at other near by dispensaries such as Fluresh on Phillips Ave and recently opened Levels on Division. The three dollar pre rolls are ight but that’s really all that they have going for themselves. Maybe this place is considerable for a quick pick me up but as your West Michigan designated dealer…absolutely not.
