I’ve been shopping at this dispensary for a long time, and spend a LOT of money there, and I have previously always received great service until my last visit in September. The black polo shirt wearing staff members that I don’t usually see there (must have been management personnel on site that day - a guy and a girl both in their 30’s) that checked me out that day (fulfilled and bagged my purchase at the end) was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and I will NEVER be returning to this location because of it. I likely am finished with Rootdown altogether over it. I hope it was worth it for them. You cost yourself one of your best customers smart mouths! Avoid this place if you like kind service. ** Also, the reactions I see posted by the Rootdown “Owner” to any negative reviews listed herein on Google Reviews clearly show that a bad attitude and rude behavior is becoming common practice. Stating that someone’s negative review about your business is “fake” or their comment is “impossible” because you don’t like what you see, is the height of bad customer service. Deny or blame the customer for your failures must be your management‘s mantra. Great work! Goodbye!
