A long time ago my girlfriend and I visited this location for some information and purchase an ounce of dank. This was our 2nd or 3rd time there and I prefer to already know what I want before I arrive and buy to make this as quick and easy as possible for everyone. Upon entering the waiting area a lady greeted us, before we entered the sales area I mentioned that I had a question about the website so we moved aside where I asked her "is the online menu up to date with your current stock and if not how long does it take to reflect current stock" which has been an issue at other places even when I look online while at some dispo's. She replied " you see our online menu is up to date and accurate with our stock" then there was an awkward pause then she continues by saying " but it's not up to date. I repeated what she said to me and asked for clarification, due to the obvious contradictory statement she had just made. She repeated the contradictory statement she made initially. So I asked if the online menu isn't up to date, which is one of her positions in this conversation that the menu is not up to date, she said "again our online menu is up to date" she paused then continues, " but it's not up to date" I looked at my girlfriend and asked her "are you hearing this?" I mentioned to the lady about the contradictory nature of her statement so she repeated it again "like I told you, our online menu is up to date but it's not up to date. At this point I'm very uncomfortable with her, she was refusing to give a straight answer or at least explain how it can be both up to date and not up to date so I said this is absurd and I asked her "is there a kiosk or something I can look through to make a decision". She pointed out the kiosk in the waiting area. We went to the kiosk and browsed the menu. After a few minutes I looked over and she was standing about fifteen feet away looking at me like she was pissed and she mumbled something at me which I couldn't hear. About 2 months go by and we were shopping in that plaza so we went in scanned my ID and it said I was banned then my girlfriend tried and she too was banned. Okay so I got banned for calmly trying to have a reasonable and productive conversation with a seemingly narcissistic employee that was completely inept. My girlfriend on the other hand didn't say a word to anyone other than me at the kiosk, this whole time my girlfriend and I were both calm, quiet and polite as one could be trying to converse with someone who was seemingly evasive and reluctant to be helpful. This lady is no longer there as of weeks after her brain seemingly malfunctioned conversation with us though her leaving there had nothing to do with us. She was the manager

This is my absolute favorite dispensary. My sisters and I order from here several times per month and not a single time have we had a bad or upsetting experience. The staff are so kind and always ready to help and answer any questions and as someone who suffers from pretty extreme anxiety, they’re always SO easy to talk to and so incredibly sweet. The products are always top tier and the prices are amazing which of course is nice but the customer service and the staff are absolutely what keep us coming back. Kody handled our ordered today and I haven’t dealt with him as a tender before but he was just as great as everyone else.

10/10 budtender experience from Liz! The experience my wife and I had with our Budtender, Liz, was beyond exceptional. Not only did she listen to our every concern regarding cannabis, she also deliberately sought out items that would help not only myself but my wife. I find it difficult to go into establishments like these, and quite honestly Liz made the entire experience more than worthwhile. Very knowledgeable regarding cannabis, answered every question. She directed us not only to the products we were seeking, but advanced us on to products we now LOVE. Will be coming back. Will be looking to see if our favorite budtender is working!! She's amazing!!! We will be telling our friends and family about our favorite budtender as well!!!

Great Budtenders, informative, and knowledgeable. Its nice to find a place that treats you as a person and not just a dollar sign. I personally drive 17miles to shop there. Along my way I pass 2 other dispensaries that have given me terrible service and lost my business. Thank you for being awesome!
