The man is a whole experience — knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely built for customer service in a way you don’t see anymore. He carries himself with that old-school care, like the kind of person who makes sure you leave with exactly what you need, not just whatever’s on the shelf. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with respect, good energy, and real intention. He didn’t rush me, didn’t talk over me, didn’t try to upsell me into the stratosphere. He listened — actually listened — to what I was looking for and made recommendations that hit the mark perfectly. You can tell he knows his products inside and out, and he explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, even if you’re not a cannabis expert. What I appreciate most is that he’s consistent. Every time I’ve visited, he’s brought that same calm, confident vibe. No attitude, no weirdness — just good service and good conversation. He’s the kind of person who makes the whole place feel welcoming, and honestly, he’s the reason this location has become my go-to. Seth has amazing customer service!!! Such a fast considerate experience!!! I had to transfer money and he was totally chill about the situation…told me it’s ok not to rush and didn’t act “put out” or like we was an inconvenience. Seth is an all around awesome Product Specialist!!!
