I was going to key faithfully. The prices were decent and get a medical discount. I have never had any problem with them before. So I go yesterday it was a new guy... so idk if it was him or what. Idk. But they are supposed to show u the product before they staple it up. He did not. I didn't think was that big of deal considering im such a faithful longtime customer. I get to the car to find inside the stapled bad a BAG THAT WAS TORN OPEN. I was going to go back in but how was I going to prove that it was already opened considering HE DID NOT SHOW ME MY PRODUCT! VERY DISSATISFIED... THE 200-400 I spend weekly for my medicine will now be spent somewhere else. I can't believe they are letting their workers ruin business for them. Very sad. The pics are exactly how it was. I won't be going back there EVER! I still have the bag n the smoke. Which I'm not sure is safe to smoke being it wasn't sealed... SMH I hope they start MAKING their workers show u the product before they staple the bag so this doesn't happen again

Best place to get top shelf buds, oils, carts, etc. The staff is super helpful and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxing, and upbeat at the same time, very positive!! #1 in my book.

Just so we all remember Key is the company that took the "value" brand of rosin Uncle Mac's from $42 per gram to $52 per gram in less than a week. This wasn't the result of any promotional offer, as far as I can tell, they just arbitrarily raised the price $10. Terrabis has Uncle Mac's for $45 per gram still. The brand is fine but not on the same level as say a Vibe which you can get for $55 a gram, so why price Uncle Mac's so close to premium brands? That is my question.

Stopped in today and purchased Elevate, but was denied the standard Veterans Discount. I was told the product was “already discounted,” because it was on sale, so no veteran discount would be applied. I am confident I have always received my Disabled Veteran discount here in the past—this is the first time I’ve ever been denied. When I questioned it, I was told they do not “stack” discounts. I even talked to the manager. No written policy was shown, no signage explaining this—just a flat denial, as if I was mistaken, despite my history of previous purchases. IF ANYONE CAN RECOMMEND A DISPENSARY THAT HONORS VETERANS WITH CLEAR CONSISTENT DISCOUNT WITHOUT SECRET STRINGS PLEASE POST THEM HERE. Veterans notice and appreciate businesses that treat us fairly and don’t play games with veteran discounts. Thank you.
