I am proud of this location to a point. I've been coming to this location since it opened religiously. If you have an issues with a product or points not being added, management mostly just says ehh. I wish I had a good answer for you. Wait longer keep track of your orders to make sure we add your points like we are supposed to. I have had to correct my account over and over. What point do you say I'm tired of working for my own points and watching my money and time go to waste. I say figure out your computer system and then other than that would've been a 5 star review. Update as of 1/14/26 I have never gone back to a review and taken my time to change or updated it. It seems to me only fair to change this to a 5 star review. KG at least took the time to send me a solution, as it seems they do for anyone who feels anyway upset with an experience. Thank you KG for taking the time to make this person not feel so little and alone in a crazy situation.
