Attempted to call and was hung up on four times. Awful customer service - go right up the road to Missouri Wild Alchemy. They at least know how to properly treat customers. Would give less than one star if possible. Wish I could attach recorded calls because they have to answer the phone, fulfill orders and provide said order to customer. Very simple job but avoid if you want to be ignored and treated poorly.

Super shady rewards—they love to promote them but don't like to have them redeemed. The latest was a $20 off $50 that “went out to everyone by mistake”. I have quite literally had an employee tell me that they’re “not supposed to ask if people are in the rewards program” Why even have one 🥴 after reading the other reviews looks like a lot of people in our community feel like y’all are running a shady little business over there, trying to get people in the door with your coupons —and then not honoring them. That’s a shame ☹️*. edited —yall are wild if you think you discounted my products $50 on my last purchase & also HOW IS THAT RELEVANT? You lost me as a customer, I’d rather travel to LSL where I feel better about spending my money. It’s a shame so many other people are experiencing the same thing & yall are just fine deceiving people to get them in the door with “promos & deals” you aren’t planning on honoring.

John helped my mom and I tonight and he was amazing! He was very instructive on everything making sure my mom made the right choice. I also mentioned to him that I downloaded the app knowing you get a free item when you do and he was able to get them for me! I highly recommend talking to John for your needs especially if you are new to smoking.
