What happened? There used to be a nice open retail space, with menus and great customer service. Now it looks like a bodega, you have to listen to the unwelcoming bud tender rattle off the options and to top it off seeds in the “platinum tier”. Used to be my favorite place in Kalispell.

I frequently go to Bloom & usually enjoy their products. I tried a “orchard” vape cartridge for the first time this past week and BIG MISTAKE. I’m so disappointed they would even sell something like this, I will never buy this brand again. It literally is the worst cart I’ve ever had. If/When it finally does hit it leaks an insane amount of concentrate out of the top and absolutely taste like shit. I’m now out over half of a .5 gram cart ($15-20) because it quite literally is so clogged it won’t even hit (see pictures) Might have to try somewhere else out, which is disappointing, but I can’t take the risk of getting another cart that’s $35+ just for it to be horrible quality.
