Favorite smokeshop chain in the metro (and one of my favorite locations!). Staff is always knowledgeable and helpful without being standoffish or hard to talk to. They always have great deals/sales too - really easy to get your bang for your buck. There is a doorbell at the entrance which can be odd or tricky for first timers, but that's really the only thing I could complain about here.

Stopped in at 530pm and picked a cartridge and battery, did not test there. Tried it an hour later, did not work. Took it right back there. No refund or exchange! Bought a new battery and tried it there because $8 is not that serious. Too many places selling exactly what they do for such stupid policies!
