The service is phenomenal. It’s always the same excellence experience. Yeah, the app can have its quirks and idiosyncrasies - but when it comes down to it, I’ve NEVER had a problem, nor situation, nor concern that wasn’t remedied with gracious ease, and I can count the number of times on one hand and still have 3 fingers left to shoot Spidey webs. (It takes 3 fingers, you see, to… story for another time… perhaps it was just once.) That’s been since the very early Sierra Wellness days. Many years. Take advantage of the free delivery (within their delivery area). It’s easier than you expect given the laws and regulations. Especially if you’re already signed up for the ZenLeaf app. Jeff is always a pleasure. He keeps superb communication with me and is most often able to come early. Great guy and great service! Updated 5/10/2025 Save those points, friends! A $90 out the door ounce is nice to have once in a while. Updated 7/16/3025 Jeff is a great communicator, and can sometimes offer an earlier delivery if he is in the neighborhood. In addition to being very convenient, It also shows that he is a person who Is meticulous in his work and is doing a lot of planning behind the scenes to create the best experience for the customer.
