⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience from start to finish! The staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel comfortable asking questions. The selection is top-tier with high quality products, and everything was clearly explained. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and professional. Prices are fair and the service is fast without feeling rushed. Definitely one of the best dispensaries I’ve visited. I’ll be coming back and recommending this spot to everyone! January 31 2026 different view on today’s service I’ve visited this dispensary several times and previously left a 5-star review because my earlier experiences — especially with the night staff — were positive and professional. Unfortunately, my most recent daytime visit was very different. I came in with my state ID, which had recently expired on January 13. I had already renewed it online through the DMV and was issued official temporary proof showing my renewal was processed and my updated ID was on the way. This is standard procedure, and the documentation clearly shows validity while waiting for the physical card. The front desk employee immediately rejected it and said only the physical card would be accepted. I calmly explained that Nevada provides temporary proof for situations exactly like this and even referenced the relevant state guidance. Instead of verifying the policy, she called a manager. The manager arrived but did not review the documentation or attempt to clarify the rules — she simply repeated the denial without explanation. What made this frustrating wasn’t just being turned away — it was the lack of effort to check policy or treat the situation thoughtfully. It felt dismissive and unnecessarily rigid. Clear communication and a willingness to verify information would have made a big difference. I ended up going to another dispensary nearby, where they reviewed the same documentation, understood the DMV process, accepted it without issue, and provided excellent service. I’m not someone who looks to complain, which is why this stands out. There seems to be an inconsistency between shifts in how policies are handled. I hope management takes time to properly train daytime staff on acceptable identification documents and how to handle situations that fall outside routine transactions. Customers appreciate professionalism, consistency, and being treated with respect. I hope future visits reflect that.

My boyfriend and I stopped by there on our first day of visiting Las Vegas and Michael was a awesome salesman and helped us get a great package. We are so excited for the next couple of days and so far that flower is pretty good. Look forward to seeing what else variety we got.

We loved it here. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They have knowledgeable bud-tenders. We got some really great deals. But we did overbuy. 😊 Beware the infused drinks. They can kick your butt.
