Deep roots harvest has always been my go to dispensary to visit while I’m passing through. Everyone is always very nice and helpful. Tonight however, these two men; Omari T and Mike G were outstanding. They greeted me right away with remarkable hospitality and left me walking away smiling and laughing. Truly an amazing experience from them alone. 😁

I have been coming here for about 2 years now and I absolutely love deep roots! The sales are amazing, product, and overall customer service! My favorite is when you guys have those amazing deals that keep me coming back! I also wanted to shout out Mike G! Every time I walk into the building I am very kindly greeted with my name! I like that he recognizes his regulars. He’s always got such a positive attitude and always has something nice to say ☺️ I have also had a cartridge broken when I just bought it and I just took it back and they were able to get me taken care of! Appreciate you all!

Always the best service every time I come here with the most inviting atmosphere. Security guards Omari and Mike are super cool, super friendly and I never saw them without a smile on their faces. And although I didn’t catch my bud tenders name, she was very helpful, informative, patient, and very nice. One of the few places in the world I get excited to go to.
