I absolutely love this location...not only are the budtenders always happy (how could you not be working there) and willing to suggest just the right thing for your needs they always make you feel like a priority and never rush you no matter how busy it is. I adore Emily my blue haired friend, she always gives me exactly what I need. I have been to all the dispensarys here in Reno/Sparks area and this location and staff are at the top of my list.

Niki was my first encounter at the door. She was very kind and helped explain the process for me. Morgan assisted me at the counter and helped narrow down my options. They were both so great! Thank you!

Have been in once before and don’t really remember but today I remember the whole experience and enjoyed every bit of it!!! I’m updating my review because since I have got the cloud suffer cartridge it’s become a mess, four to five drags in it started to clog them from there it started to come up into the mouth piece by today I went to take a hit most of the oil is now in the mouth piece or I have had to wipe it off my lips and teeth not to mention it’s leaked out of the bottom of it as well. I unfortunately will not be buying the cloud suffers anymore. But still stand on the service I received the other day Update to the update we went in today and Lilly helped us out we showed her what was happening with the bad cartridges and what it had done to our batteries, she was kind and got us two new cartridges and they even gave us two new batteries which they didn’t even have to but went above and beyond on this one thanks guys we appreciate you!

I’m extremely disappointed with my visit today. I stopped in for my usual weekly pickup and while waiting in line, the person in front of me realized he was a dollar short. He asked if I had spare change, and I gave him four quarters out of kindness. I’ve never met this person and received absolutely nothing in return. When it was my turn, the staff refused to serve me, claiming I had “made a transaction” with another customer. That explanation makes no sense. A transaction requires an exchange at no point did I receive any product, money, or benefit. I simply helped someone with spare change. Instead of trying to understand the situation or use common sense, the staff doubled down on their decision. Because of this, I was unable to purchase my weekly supply. I took my business to Zen Leaf instead, where I got a great deal. I’ve been a loyal customer here for years, but after this experience and the lack of effort to understand the situation, I won’t be returning.
