I Had a review BUT I spoke with the manager and handled everything. They went above and beyond to make it right and wouldn’t mind making the deal right. They also filled me in on what the process is when orders are made and for that brand. I’ll stick to what they have today and if need to go back I’ll plan it for the 3 weeks.

Hands-down, my favorite dispensary for the past 10 years. They have the best products for the best prices, and the staff are always friendly! This will forever be my spot😎 they always have a little bit of everything in the store and the stiiizy 50% off days are killer!!

I was a regular at the Sparks location for about four years before I moved to the South End. Recently, I went back to Sparks to collect my birthday freebie and pick up some joints since my birthday was on Thanksgiving. The budtender was a bit awkward and insisted that I couldn’t get my freebie unless it was on the exact date. He then said “that’s a crappy birthday “ which I jokingly said “yeah because I can’t collect my freebies.” He was also pushy about the stizzy preroll pack which I declined and then when I ordered the in house pre rolls I wanted, before getting them again he insisted on a 1g stizzy pre-roll . I asked for the price, he only said it was 50% off and wouldn’t give a clear amount. I ended up buying it, because he just stood there till I said something but I regret it , when I weighed it at home, it wasn’t even a full gram, unlike the in-house pre-rolls. I went to the south location the December 1st completely different experience samanatha was great and gave me the freebie and her manager wished me a happy birthday

The Sparks Silver State Relief is my Old Faithful. I come back to it regardless of where I may wander in between. Best prices, greatest staff, and amazing policies. I also get the vibe that they treat their staff well, and that's *really* important to me. My wife and I were just helped out by Lexi, who is incredibly kind and knowledgeable (and pretty - the whole package!). My gay ass was trying not to just stumble over my words bc she's super cute, and my wife (who was presenting as a guy that day) had to rescue me from making a fool of myself. Lawl. But Lexi was super chill about it and just glided through the transaction with such professionalism. Color me impressed. To everyone at the Sparks location - I'm so sorry my phone kept trying to autocorrect "budtender" into "budgender." I honestly don't know why that happened - I'm going to assume I made a joke at my own queer expense one time when I was a budtender, and it saved itself into SwiftKey. I'm gonna delete that now.
