Dan and the whole staff were the best. They were so professional and knowledgeable, such a gift to all of us who have been served by them. Unfortunately, their corporate headquarters abandoned them - and all the many patients who’ve been served by them throughout these years!! Shame on the Botanist headquarters!!!😕

Today I encountered a very friendly professional representative. Carlotta greeted me with a beautiful smile and that look as if she knew me! The only dispensary I will ever go to! The staff here is the most friendly, and caring group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I’ve never been rushed, or left with any questions concerning my medication. The past few visits, they haven’t had what I always get. At first I was really anxious about it. But Carlotta took the time and energy to help me find the next best fit! She took me through all of my options, and told me what she thought I would benefit from the most. She even brought over a few coworkers to collab on ideas for me! I couldn’t reccomend this place enough, these people truly care. Nowhere else am I greeted by name, and nowhere else have I met such genuine people!

I absolutely LOVE the Botanist. After shopping at a few other dispensary's, I've quickly come to love this place! They stand out above all the rest! The customer service is incredible! I literally feel like family. Dan C has always been great to me (as well as the rest of the staff). The owner is knowledgeable and very nice. I cannot say enough good things about this dispensary! My go-to place weekly for my products.

I love the botanist on Seneca in Buffalo ,NY. Chance and Dan and Dan and all the staff are extremely friendly and wonderfully helpful!! They always treat me with dignity and respect and always answer any question I may have. I also like the quality and strength of their products. I have never had an issue. Prices are reasonable considering. Although I wish the healthcare insurance companies would start covering the product as a medication but they don’t!! Bummer! The services here are great. I’ve even asked security to walk to my car once and he gladly did!! Great business, very professional!
