Always a great experience. Lots of variety, good prices, really quick and easy ordering/checkout process. It's always busy in the parking lot, really appreciate the staff out there helping people cross and control traffic. All the staff here is is great, it always blows my mind how many there are and how good the customer service they provide is. Only had an issue with a product once and they were really quick to answer my questions about returns via email, easily exchanged it in store. Nothing bad to say, always happy here 🙏

I have never seen a business prioritize customer service the way happy days does. Every single person in the store is friendly and ready to help, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. I feel lucky to have gotten to know some of the awesome faces of happy days! Also, not to mention the good they do for the community, and the WORLD - helping over 100 children get life saving heart surgery. Be the change you want to see! 👏 Awesome

This place is such a well-oiled machine. Everyone is friendly and its very clean and nice. The have great products too. Never disappointed

When I arrived there were two people directing traffic in the parking lot, turned out to be a good thing. Upon entering the facility it was extremely busy. I placed my order on the kiosk screen and got on a very long line, to my surprise the line went extremely fast. When I arrived at the register the purchase process was quick, easy and never felt rushed. As I was leaving I thought that went allot quicker than I anticipated. The whole process took 10 minutes or so and this was my first time there.

Honestly, this is the gold standard for dispensaries in the tri-state area, hands down. From the moment you walk through the door, the staff is a total game-changer—incredibly pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful. Yes, they are always slammed, but that's a testament to how fast and knowledgeable the team is. I'm so grateful for their consistently excellent service and innovative approach.
