I love my budtenders there (special shout out to Terry). Etain leaving was the saddest day ever. I honestly and truthfully cannot stand Fluent. New ownership is giving "We care more about $$ than giving customers sales options so that they actually want to come back". Etain gave its med customers so many amazing deals that I constantly gave them free promo. I'd literally make videos and post them about how grateful I was to have a medical dispensary so close to me and that I could actually get the amount I wanted, and more BECAUSE of the sales. I use flower only. I've honestly never seen a dispo that doesn't have constant sales through out the week. Over the course of the changes between Etain's policies and Fluent's policies, I've been actively going to different dispos, even if they aren't medical which sucks because medical cannabis has more COA regulations than recreational does. They only have medical flower sales on the same day every week, you can no longer combine your points with the sales price, and just before I put my order in THIS morning, it basically said that if you place an online order and the item is on sale, you HAVE to buy it on the sale day. Sure, I get that SORT of, but damn. Sometimes I want the sale and can't pick it up that day. It's honestly bull all the rules they've put in place for literally no sales to be able to happen. The next closest medical dispensary is 35 mins from me and it's Curaleaf which they only have three or so different brands of flower and they're not the best brands either. I don't want to stop going there cause I appreciate those that work there and the convos we've had about the industry itself, but I also need a bang for my buck and having only one single sale for one day out of the week is incredibly inconvenient. There are so many other dispensaries that have WAY more deals...just wish they were medical. Hopefully they decided to be more ~ fluent ~ on sales and actually have years long customers (me) want to keep coming back.
