Solid spot with a chill vibe. Clean layout, friendly staff, and an easy shopping experience. Definitely somewhere I’d return to. Adding Silly Nice, a minority and veteran owned brand, would be a great move.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100/10 I always have a GREAT experience when ordering deliveries from this dispensary. It’s usually the same gentleman, Dajon, and he is always so friendly and helpful. His patience and kindness really mean a lot — I truly appreciate it every time.

If you order delivery - beware - after using this dispensary for months and having no issues (I usually always had one of the same 2 delivery drivers and they were awesome) however, the very last time I placed an order here before moving, it was delivered by a gentleman I believe to be a manager? I ordered two separate bags of flower, But apparently they accidentally sent me a vape instead of the second smaller bag of flower. I didn’t even realize it because this was a gift I was leaving for the other residents who helped me move out. A few days later, I get a charge on my card for double the amount I was expecting… I called to inquire about this and a very nice woman working there told me that someone had gone in and adjusted my order and charged me for a vape that I did not order, that presumably was put there by accident, that no one called or emailed me to see if I would return, or that I was even aware I was delivered?? (Predatory much?) Come to find out the person responsible is a manager… The woman I talked to was committed to making things right and I don’t blame her at all!! But in the end, they didn’t even give me a full refund for the extra charge?? (It would’ve been $62 they cash app’d me $50….) Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend ordering delivery, And if you come in store, Ask specifically NOT to talk to a manager. This was a huge bummer and reflects really poorly on all of the other employees there that are really lovely, helpful people!

I’ve been going to Verilife in Latham for over 6 years now. Last night, I broke my small glass pipe, and since Northern Lights is close enough to me, I could throw a rock at it…. I decided to use this as an opportunity to check out my local dispensary. I’ve been meaning to do so, since it opened. It’s a large place. They seem to be have a very large amount of offerings. But, I also found it confusing Inside. I’m accustomed to the very well organized style of verilife. Northern Lights is a lot more laid back, but with that …. I wasn’t sure where to go or who to talk to. Is there a line? Who’s first? A nice gentleman did answer my questions and pointed me to the glass pipes. I didn’t buy one. Here’s why: I pointed to one of the smaller ones. It’s the exact ones that I buy from verilife for about $7. Here, at Northern Lights, that same exact pipe was $15. That’s more than double. Out of convenience, I would have paid $10. But for $15, I’ll spend the $1 in gas. I’ll just go to my regular shop tomorrow morning. I can wait. Won’t be back. Which is sad because they are so close to me.

Great shop. Almost never have to wait long, they have online ordering which is fast and simple. They've got a lounge area and puzzles and the staff is all super friendly. Good selection of lower priced flower compared to other local places. Def recommend.
