We love coming here! The staff members are incredibly friendly and welcoming and the products are always of good and fresh quality. The store itself has a very comforting and modern natural aesthetic. They also have a lot of really solid weekly deals and a great loyalty program.

Everyone who works here is so friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a chill environment and there’s never any pressure to buy anything. If you want suggestions they give them to you but if not they’re not pushy. There’s always a lot of deals which is fun.

I was graciously greeted by Nick who was very helpful at making some product selections. But once inside I still had a list of questions. That's when Max took over. As I asked questions, Max listened attentively. He was able to educate me on the differences between one product and the other. Having knowledgeable staff available is key to any business. Having friendly and patient staff is equally just as important. I sincerely appreciated the wonderful service I received. Thank you again!

During my first visit I was able to observe employees be super attentive and informative to those they were assisting. There's a very comfortable vibe, and felt no pressure while I observed the items in stock. First registration was very smooth. First impression was very pleasant, can't wait for next visit 🥰

This place is great but beware of the security guard Charles , very rude , disgusting attitude. I went in to as a question , while standing in line about pickup he stated “i don’t like when people just walk into my store “ he also stated you could have got my attention from outside and walked outside and made loud verbal scene. Keep in mind I had one question about pickup ( this man is disrespectful) The amazing pharmacist had to come out and calm this man down as he was clearly under the influence or in need of medicine , very jittery , and showed signs of substance abuse . The worst person I’ve met in Middletown since moving here (people are so friendly here ) this will be my last encounter here due to the fact I come here for a peaceful experience and spend 200-500$ a month. I’ll take my businesses elsewhere, the greeter sets the full experience here ! Beware of this “security “ many have had issues with him . It’s not worth spending your money on carts that are barely full , with low levels of thc to be greeted with rudeness. Hudson valley here I come ….PLEASE Understand the rest of the staff here is AMAZING!!! This one person ruins your full experience however . Very knowledgeable kind staff and pharmacist!! Please get rid of this guy, you got 4 complaints including me in one day , one the line I was on alone
