This dispensary is my favorite one in Chelsea (and I’ve tried a lot!) because the customer service is always top tier. Everyone is welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help, which makes every visit comfortable and enjoyable. The staff take the time to talk you through products, answer questions, and give thoughtful recommendations without ever making you feel rushed. My boyfriend and I love coming here because it always turns into a great experience, and we leave with great products. Special shoutout to Levi, Cozy, Liya, and Ray for always being so kind, helpful, and a good time. You can tell this team truly cares about their customers. Highly recommend!

I love this place!! Neo is awesome! Super knowledgeable but also really funny and easy to talk to. He clearly knows his stuff but doesn’t take himself too seriously. I was a bit unsure of what to get when I walked in but he jumped in and gave me some great recs. Great vibes all around. I’ll definitely be back!

Went in looking for the perfect hybrid to help me wind down at night; Shannon and Neo were really chill and warm and friendly, answered all my weed nerd questions, and were just generally amazing. I walked away with a nice little haul and was so stoked I ate one of the gummies before I got home (I live like 500 feet from this place). Definitely going back when I need to reup! 💜
