Bone dry and flower and rock hard buds by Edie Parker brand, with very low effects. Hardly worth smoking. Was texted that my order was ready, but when I arrived they said they didn't have it and I was chastised by the budtender for making an online order overnight (2am or so) for next day pickup and told I should order online during regular working hours instead. (If this is the case then the online store should be made unavailable for overnight orders.) Also, they've stopped carrying Wyld gummies, which are fantastic. When I ask they tell me they will be getting them in soon, but it's been months and other dispos in the city are carrying them. They are obviously still available so I don't think it's a supply issue. I've been coming to this shop since they opened, but they never really seemed to reach the same level of quality and service since they had that flood this past summer. I always want to support businesses in my neighborhood, but my last two purchases were so disappointing that it might be time to switch.

Great dispensary. Professional service. I see a lot of comments about staff allegedly being rude but that has never been the case. I often see staff hand out treats to the neighborhood dogs and greet repeat customers and remember their orders. Product selection is great. Prices are fair. Overall what more can you ask!

Horrible experience with a white curly haired guy that has zero customers service skills ,will not be going back to store that makes me feel like i owe them something or with a staff member that thinks he can talk to another grown man disrespectful,yet I'm paying for what I'm buying especially in NYC when your not the only dispensary around. I recommend fire him and review staff and pricing.

Honestly, I have been coming here quite a bit. I have never had an issue, but the guy working really left a bad taste in my mouth. The guy was mad rude and was rushing me out of the store. He said they were closing, but it said they were open till 10. I get that the staff wanted to leave, but there were still 10mins, and there is no need to be rude. I wasn’t taking very long. I was in and out. I was looking at the price on the iPad and I had mentioned that it said 10 dollars and the guy was like “we have to pay Uncle Sam” Listen, I get you need to close and want to get out of the store, but I wasn’t rude and don’t appreciate being spoke to in a condescending manner.

Had a great experience at the dispensary thanks to Jesse, the budtender who helped me out. He was extremely polite, respectful, and patient while answering all of my questions, especially when the problems that I brought up were clearly outside of his control. He stayed calm, helpful, and made sure I left with what I needed. It's refreshing to see that kind of professionalism and courtesy. Big thanks to Jesse!
