Qube Times Square Dispensary

Fast, with incredible selection and service. The number of options, especially compared to Boston dispensaries, is wild. There were vendor pop-ups. A very nice girl from Timeless helped sold me on a product point blank, and assisted me with a few other purchases. The Blackberry Timeless is great. I would definitely come back.

On 12/23/25 I ordered two 3.5 jars. Delivery went smoothly and a quick look in the Qube bag indicated it had what I'd ordered. The next evening I took a good look and discovered one of the jars had an expiration date of 12/27/25. I then took a closer look at the other jar I'd already opened. I discovered the label on the jar had the correct name of the strain. The jar cap, however, had the name of a different but related strain. It had been sealed when I received it and doesn't expire until 4/29/26 which is ok but not great. Since it was Christmas eve/morning, I emailed including a picture of the bank charge asking them to let me know how to proceed. Two days after Christmas I still hadn't received a response. I phoned early evening and was told I should bring the expired jar in with a receipt. I explained it had been a delivery and I am not able to come into the store. I was told there was nothing they could do. I highly recommend avoiding Qube. They didn't answer the email and showed no concern about having just sold an expired product. The other jar with the confused labeling has dry buds with no color. The operation appears to have no interest in providing quality or in being responsible about what they sell.

This bud right here is dry as hell. Not fresh. A big disappointment in appearance but if it smokes good I’ll add a star or 2. I will try this spot again but if I get another desert dry weed I will ask for an exchange immediately.

Great service but the vapes are not up to quality. I had hardware issues on almost all the products I purchased. The brand new vape had air bubbles prior to using and then by day three of using it a large air bubble formed making them unusable. The vape wouldn't hit anymore and smelled burned. I've purchased the same vape from other shops and never had this issue. Try an outer borough dispensary in Queens or Brooklyn - those dispos dont scam you!

This is an awesome dispensary in NYC. The location is convenient as can be. It was super easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a very large selection of items to pick from. The prices were not bad at all especially for the quality. I was not disappointed at all with the quality, I found everything I purchased to be phenomenal quality. The purchasing process was very simple, you put your order in on a tablet they have set up, and they call your name to the register when your order was ready. Definitely would recommend stopping here if your looking for cannabis products while in NYC. My personal favorite for product I purchased was the NYC Diesel by the Animal brand, those little pre rolls are no joke, very very potent. Made for a very fun evening while enjoying everything else NYC has to offer.
