This dispensary is convenient because of its location but the service kinda sucks. I preorder to get things quicker but somehow I always end up waiting really long. There’s always staff just standing around while one of them is a sinking ship trying to help customers. I like their rewards program but I wish they had better customer service. The card machine tends to be “out of service” a lot too so you can’t use tap to pay which is a bit annoying if you don’t walk around with your card / cash

My name is Brandon Boyer, I had a problem with one of products, and the vice president of company called me and handled it personally, I have been buying from this company for years and they have never let me down, products are awesome! And always do the trick. The hospitality and the way they address there issues with products- is fast and outstanding! Thank you so much! 😊 again !”

Cool to be back, during prohibition they helped me find a Doctor who was able to prescribe me a medical card. It probably still makes sense to speak to a subject matter expert, given my struggles with depression. But I trust the product is still medical grade. I had to order at the kiosk which makes the experience impersonal. But ordering a preroll was pretty quick. Paying for the product takes around 10-15 minutes ironically. There were 4 clerks at the counter, I guess im still not used to Queens customer service. The bud tenders at Dagmar/Alto are much friendlier. I miss Manhattan 🤦‍♂️

I can never find enough words to say how wonderfully great the staff and budtenders are at CURALEAF Queens. I’m a medical patient, have been for many years and they are by far the best delivery service I’ve ever had and best product. Everything has an ingredients list, but more importantly, the staff that you have to deal with are so fantastic. They have my loyalty forever. And special shout out to Tai and Yaya! You two are so wonderful. They should give all of you a raise!

Really the only good thing at this dispensary was Mo. he checked me in and helped me with product selection and ordering on the kiosk. But the budtender was so slow it was like she was in another time zone. I sat and waited for 12 minutes once my order was ready just To check out. As you can see there are 5 employees not helping me or the other people waiting. If I lived in New York I don’t think I would be back to this location. It is poor customer service and weak in experienced management.
