Alright, I ordered from them through the website for delivery. I can’t say enough about the customer service. Top tier. I noticed the day I ordered was also their “2 year anniversary celebration” so understandably, things were slightly delayed. Slightly. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. You’d think they were 5 hours late (they give you an estimated time, and honestly, they weren’t far off from the estimated time they gave me, if at all). I couldn’t believe how sincere they were and how generous they were. Again, this was my experience with them. I will, without a doubt be using their services from now on. As far as the product, grade A and prices were very fair. This review was mainly about how great the Customer service was. Professionals.

Poor quality. No bueno. More like block work. What I bought normally does the trick if I get it from my guy. This stuff? Terrible. It shouldn’t be weak. Smh. Never again.

Great store for delivery if you live in Nassau county. They get everything to you quick and easy. Great pricing and selection. I personally recommend NY Honey vapes, great brand and SilkRoadNYC sells em. They also have a variety of payment options! Overall, a great place to get weed.

I’ve been to this place three times in all three times I did not feel welcomed like I wasn’t supposed to be there when I’m spending my hard earned money. From the people who check the ID in the front all the way to the people in the back, they just have attitudes no customer service and they’re too high to even Comprehend what you’re saying . I’ll never be spending my money with these weirdos again . Learn better customer service no body wants be treated that way in a weed store of all places . You would expect some kind of customer service from a dispensary but yeah, OK I get better customer service at smoke shops lol I had an experience with six different people, three different people at the desk and three different people in the back and they were all disgustingly bad and passive aggressive They need to stop smoking weed on a job. I think it will help the customer service.
