I’m honestly really frustrated at this point. It feels like every time I place an order, I already have to prepare myself for a delay and an inaccurate delivery time. It’s become a pattern, not a one-off issue — and I’m the one who keeps dealing with the inconvenience every single time. What makes it worse is the lack of accountability. There’s rarely a genuine apology or any real acknowledgment of the disruption it causes. Instead, the responses feel dismissive, as if the delays are just normal and something customers are expected to accept. I don’t see any real effort to fix the ongoing delivery time issues or improve the experience. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect honesty, reliability, and basic courtesy. Right now, it feels like I’m the one constantly adjusting my schedule while nothing changes on their end. That’s what makes this so disappointing. If you order here, expect nothing but an inaccurate time and delay deliveries. I will get my review updated as needed. Best to you all, good luck!
