The whole team at Curaleaf in Rochester is wonderful. Kind, helpful and knowledgeable!! I’m so grateful they’re in the city!!

Great facility. Had been I believe Chase Bank for a long time. Really done up nice inside. And the service is just outstanding no waiting pharmacist readily available to go over the product and very hospitable workers.

I just got my med card last week and i've been a recreational smoker for many years. I struggle with nightmares and staying asleep due to ptsd, the pharmacist was so kind and found me the right terpenes and helped me understand how and why they help with what i'm looking for. The guys at the store were so chill and great energy, cracking jokes with me and just overall great guys. Everyone was just so helpful and kind, helped so much with my anxiety of going for the first time. I also got 30% off for it being my first time! Thank you guys for all your help! I can't wait to come back.

Ordered a day in advance, called to have them hold order for 24 hours. Came in today, was in 'n out in only a few minutes! Lovely service! Malcolm was wonderful!! 🙂

Truthfully these people here are phenomenal. I love their customer service they're very friendly. They try to give you deals if there are deals available to you and you end up usually leaving happy. There maybe it had been one incident where I left with the wrong order or there was a misunderstanding or whatever but we were able to squash that situation and still be cool. And obviously I went back again afterwards too so. I usually go about 2 to 3 times a month and it's always a wonderful experience. It's like refueling for gas in your car but just being in front of friendly people. I recommend this place if you need medical marijuana.
