Enjoyed my visit here. The dispensary is well laid out with a calm vibe, and the staff explained everything clearly. Easy experience overall. Would love to see Silly Nice carried, a strong minority and veteran owned brand.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel people should be aware before coming here. I visited Hush New York today around 2 PM, and the customer service was genuinely disappointing. Staff seemed uninterested, unprofessional, and dismissive. There was no clear guidance, no effort to help, and basic questions felt like an inconvenience to them. The overall operation felt disorganized and poorly managed. Long waits with no communication, no sense of urgency, and no respect for customers’ time. For a NY State Licensed Adult-Use Recreational dispensary, this was far below the standard I’ve experienced elsewhere in the Bronx and NYC. What stood out most was the lack of professionalism — it didn’t feel welcoming or customer-focused at all. With so many dispensaries available, there’s really no reason to tolerate this type of service. I would strongly recommend considering other locations unless meaningful changes are made. Customer service matters, and this place clearly has work to do.

Normally I go and pick up in the store. I always have a great experience from the staff & security. I get what I need quickly and its affordable. I got a delivery for the first time today & the delivery driver Harvey was great. Very fast & a great attitude. Will definitely be doing delivery again!

Always a great experience when I shop here. There are excellent budtenders that work there like Kris, Elle & Mike that treat me like family every time. Highly recommended dispensary that covers all grounds of marinuana. Best in New York.
