Place an order for pick up and when I got to the store, the lady checking me out told me I was eligible for a free product since I have spent $100. I said awesome and that I will take it. I checked out and left the store and on my way home checked the receipt And noticed I was charged for the free product. When I return to the store, they told me I could give the product back for a refund or get a 10% discount for my next visit. I refunded the Free product And was offered nothing Further for my inconvenience on their confusion. Please beware of associates adding items and potentially scamming promotional products.

The customer service at Zen Leaf is hands down just awesome. Every employee here is welcoming and knowledgeable about the product that the company offers. I enjoy the vibe and atmosphere here. Definitely if in the area check out Zen Leaf for quality product so you can have relaxing evening.

great atmosphere here! the people who work here are always easy to talk to & friendly. Super helpful as well! this shop gives you that small-town feel, with only a handful of workers so you get to know everyone quick. Definitely recommend, I’m a repeat customer & I’ve never been disappointed with their selection. The Savvy 2 grams carts have been my go-to buy for a while now, almost replacing all other cannabis use. Give this place a try! The stereotypical midwestern friendliness will have you returning.
