I use to love this place, been gone since they opened as a medical marijuana patient, I spend about $7000 a year, I put an order in. It says it was being prepared and because of the snow emergency they were closed that next day, it was canceled, so I called ascend. They told me they didn’t have any control over that, but yet they started to begin filling my order. But it was still canceled, they told me, I’d have to actually go to the store and see if they will honor the products that was on sale, but in the past, they use to always take care of it, by calling the manager at the facility, and now, for some reason, they won’t take care of it. They act like it’s a separate company that they don’t represent.Pretty sad customer service for a medical patients that they don’t care about.
