We used to love this dispensary, but as ones opened that were closer, we hadn't been in a while. I go to place an order today to find they deleted my whole account, all of my points, and claimed because my wife and I use the same telephone number, I have to reestablish my entire account with a different phone number. Why do I have to do anything? Why would they even mess with my account just because I haven't been in a while? I'm a disabled combat veteran with traumatic brain injury. There's a reason I don't have my own cell phone number. I lose phones, and there's no need for two phones when we barely use the one. It's concerning a company can just go and delete a whole customer profile like this. Then, my wife tries to remove the number from her account, but it won't let her. She'd have to create me a new email address, get a new cell number, and then recreate my whole account for me to be able to purchase from here. No thanks. I'll give my money to a company that wants it. Never again.
