Due to the weather they were not open at 9 today, Call lakewood they say 10, Come at 10 not open. Call lakewood they say 11, Come back at 11 they say 11:45..... I get the weather but people were waiting at the times that were said and to blow everyone off is pretty messed up. Clarification and Communication is key! Do better!

Zay is the best employee yall got! He took my problem and solved it efficiently and creatively. Honestly, when you combine his customer service with his product knowledge - he ahould be a branch manager and other employees should be trained by his methods.

I had friends in from out of town who were interested in visiting a dispensary. We Googled some local ones and RISE was close to where we were having lunch, so we headed over. What a great experience for a bunch of relative newbies. We were met in the lobby by a well-versed dispensary employee who walked us through the kiosk, educated us on different brands & types, and helped us place our orders. I think her name was Brielle, I'm not 100% sure, but she was phenomenal. The checkout process was fast and efficient, and we were treated professionally. We really appreciate every step of the process and how easy RISE employees made it for us. Thank You. We highly recommend RISE Dispensary for your medical or recreational needs.
