Recently, I visited Harvest of Columbus and was assisted by a sales representative named Destiny. Her knowledge and expertise stood out remarkably. Destiny was not only well-versed in the products but also had a keen sense of what I was looking for. She guided me through various options with precision, balancing quality and cost effectively. What made Destiny exceptional was her ability to understand and respond to my queries with clarity and patience. Her recommendations were spot-on, catering perfectly to my preferences. This level of personalized service made my experience at the dispensary not just satisfactory, but genuinely delightful. It's rare to encounter someone who combines product knowledge with such a keen understanding of customer needs. They have an excellent flower sale at 30% off and a great variety of flower to choose from. The staff was friendly and efficient and the facility was in excellent condition very clean and well organized. Destiny is an amazing consultant, with excellent customer service skills. I’d be happy to have her work for me and my company. Happy to add it to the list of frequented dispensaries. Definitely Recommend giving them a visit.

Today was my first time here, first dispensary I've visited since moving from California and I can honestly say it's one of the best I've ever been to. The whole staff was awesome and very friendly. They asked if I had any questions but I was in a hurry as I was on my lunch break and picking up an online order so didn't have any at the time. It was really nice to see they cared to help though. I don't think I'll ever need another place to go. Loved the vibes, cool people, very organized and professional.

This was the second dispensary I went to in Ohio, and they were amazing! The atmosphere was relaxed but professional. You could tell this place was legit because they scanned my medical card to make sure it was real, matched it with my driver’s license, and set up an account with them for points. They have a waiting area before they bring you to the back. The woman who helped me was so polite and knowledgeable. I told her exactly what i needed and what was wrong with me. Told her my budget and helped me pick out the best product I’ve ever had. She truly delivered on the assistance and knew the products very well. HIGHLY recommend this place.

First time at Harvest today. I was impressed with the efficiency at which patients were processed. There was a long line when I arrived, but no one waited longer than 10 minutes to be seen. All of the employees I interacted with were very helpful and seemed to genuinely enjoy working there. Also, the prices were great! Will definitely be coming back.
