The dispensary is alright—easy to get in and out, which is nice. Service was fine and everything was straightforward, but prices are a bit on the high side.

I used to really love this dispensary. Would go A LOT. I got a defective product (cartridge) and called them ahead to return it and get a replacement. I did get said product on a deal day… and when it came time for the replacement, they didn’t want to honor the original sales price and wanted it at its original price ($20 more). But… it wasn’t my fault the product was defective….? I don’t know. I took my money right to a different dispensary, at least. I think they should at least let others know they don’t honor sales prices on replaced items. Maybe in bigger print somewhere if not it’s already there. Or maybe on the receipts of deals. Very unfortunate, like I said used to love. Just think others should know. AND this wasn’t the first defective cartridge I bought from here. They didn’t seem to give me a problem when it happened in the past. Oh well.

I love this place! My wife and i been shopping here since they opened. All of the staff members are so welcoming and they know me by my name lol i know this because when certain staff see coming they know I have an online order and will grab my order before seeing my name.I consider frx to be my home store. I've tried other stores in my area but it doesn't feel the same. I love the sales that they have. I tried a lot of brands flower from here and I've never been let down yet. Yeah some brands are better then others but FRX brand and Hill fire and Butterfly Effect in that order our my top 3. Keep being great at what yall do!

Domi is a terrible budtender. She will spend half her time saying how terrible Michigan products with zero knowledge of their testing, growing procedures etc. She will even tell you she hasn’t been up there in 4 years. The whole objective is to keep you in Ohio where products are 5-10 times the price even on discount days she has been to ONE cultivation operation years ago, and will act like she is super connected with Ohio industry. I have known the managers at FRX going back to the clubhouse days and for them to allow this outright slander is very disappointing. No one on the country can compete with Monroe and the Green Mile. Northeast Ohio has the unfortunate luck to be this close. Look at Toledo. You think they do great business? Probably not, but at least they have the decency to be honest to their customer base. Example: Local Edible Pear Mango 500 mg- 60.00 Ohio Alien Brains 200 mg Treaky Cherry- 3.00 Michigan Buy 3 and you have 600 mg of THC FOR 9.00 Both made with the same distillate style extracted THC. Domi will make you think they put tide pods in the stuff tho. Go to Michigan.
