Great dispensary! Large selection at good prices, even better with the veteran discount. On my latest visit, Shannon was a great budtender! Accurate, fast and friendly service. I'll be glad to get back soon. The online platform could use a little bit of work, however. Occasionally, it doesn't align with in-store selection. I've seen STIIIZY products online, despite them not being sold in Ohio. Some products' strains are abbreviated/coded, so you're not fully sure of what you're getting until you go and pick it up.

Shannon is the best. She is hilarious, and somehow manages to make appointments actually enjoyable. Our conversations are always the highlight of my visit! She’s funny, caring, attentive, and clearly meant to do this job. Shannon brings such great energy to the office and always puts a smile on my face 😁!

I would like to preface this review with the fact that every one of the employees at this location have been nothing but great workers with polite service to me. I am usually here around 2x’s a week and i’ve never had an issue and they are always pleasant. This review is not about them. Around a week ago I purchased, among other things, a small dab rig called the Unicorn mini. 90 dollars, around 100 after tax. I was looking for something to replace a seahorse Lookah. I got home and opened the saran wrap around the box to take a look. I realized almost immediately it was not the product I thought it was from the description. I did not even begin to turn it on, charge it or use it in any capacity. the stickers were still on every single original manufactured place with stickers. “good thing I kept my receipt” I thought to myself, and grabbed it a couple days later to return it with an order I placed. I picked up my order and headed inside to return the Unicorn. with receipt in hand, I asked where I needed to go to return this. guy at front, very nice and personable as usual, radios a “manager” or someone not in the front who will know the process. I am then told by the guy at front that he said they can only exchange defective products. they don’t do refund returns. on a 100 dollar product that was not hardly even opened, let alone used. I haven’t experienced this at any other dispensary I had ever been to. I guess the moral of this story is don’t spend your money here. If I buy something that is 100 dollars and it is not what I wanted, I should be able to get my money back with a receipt. If I would’ve turned it on and used it once then tried to return? that’s on me. but this wasn’t the case. so let’s do some arithmetic. I used to go there probably 2 times a week, dropping a hundred to two hundred minimum each time. we will say roughly 1000 a month. as you recall, they saved around 100 dollars not accepting my return. since I will never return to that store, any location, they are losing roughly 1000 dollars a month, minimum. I hope the 100 dollars was worth it! thanks to the employees there though, they were always cool.
