It was my first time in, and Kirsten made it really easy and enjoyable. The checkin process was really easy, didnt have to wait long. Everyone was very pleasant and you can tell they like working there. :)

ZOEY IS THE BEST EVER!!! She is so knowledgeable when it comes to any of the products and background knowledge on cannabis in general! She’s super polite and respectful, making sure you don’t feel rushed while checking out the menu. She goes above and beyond to make sure you leave with a smile! Wish I could give more than 5 stars! 🫶

Uplift in Mt. Orab is great, but MORGAN!!! Gosh she really made the experience stand out. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure I felt confident with everything. You can tell she truly cares about her customers. Highly recommend!

Edit 1/20/26: I received a phone call shortly after they opened this morning from upper management. They were both lovely and promptly addressed all my concerns. The website issues are being sent to IT for an ADA review and to fix the contact form, and they're retraining staff on accessibility policies. A corporation is a corporation, but it's very clear that the staff here genuinely cares about their customer base from the top down and I will be giving them another chance. Original 1/19/26: The budtenders are lovely but that's the only positive thing I have to say about this dispensary. Bad website that doesn't meet ADA guidelines, insane prices, policies that make it impossible for disabled people to even use their medical cards, and a contact form that you literally can't submit lmao 0/10 the only good thing is their sales folks I cannot stress that enough

A great experience from start to finish. Reasonable prices. Great selection. Absolutely no complaints. They even take cards :)
