Not only does Sunnyside have amazing customer service in store, but their staff are all around incredible people off duty too! My boyfriend and I were getting engaged at a local park and one of their lovely staff members (RITA) was walking by and offered to take our pictures! She is always offering great customer service in store and was so kind off duty too! We are so grateful that Rita was there and that Sunnyside got to be apart of our moment too! Every time I see Cody he gives me the best service with a smile. I don't see devan a lot but they both give excellent service. I would even go as far as say give them a raise, if possible. They are a shining examples of what customer service should be. Very fun and interactive with anybody that comes through. Every time I come in I hope to see Cody and now with my experience with Devan. I now hope the same with them.

Of the choices in Ohio, and the amount of time there has been choices, Sunnyside is one of two places that i frequent, and 1 of only 3 ever!! When u find somewhere who for the most part allow the people who know what there talking about, always have great recommendations no matter the “reason/need” and have built relationships like the ones that have been built from the “Long-Timers” that u continue to employ!!!! The management seems to be in constant shift, but there’s quite a few “Tried & True” that keep us comming back! Always knowledgeable, always personable, always some kind of deal!!! No need to look any farther!!! :)

Great customer service, selection, & prices! Update after coming here regularly for two years: The prices here are amazing, especially when you take advantage of the bundle discounts. I routinely save well over a hundred dollars in discounts on my orders. Now that I have more experience, I can say the selection is wide amongst all product categories, & changes frequently so there's always something new to try. And the customer service is outstanding. The employees are friendly & easy to talk to, as well as helpful with any questions. Last year I went to another dispensary with a buddy of mine & regretted it. Fewer options & I feel I overpaid. Not at Sunnyside! ☀️ 😊
