Trulieve Westerville Dispensary

We've always liked coming here. Good prices and the staff is knowledgeable, very friendly and very helpful. The last two times we've been here they helped set up separate online accounts for my hubby and I, plus told us about the rewards program and how to save even more money. This is where we come when we're in town!

Here for the first time. I walked up to the front desk with no account and the gentleman was patient and gracious. He even let me know which side of the door to push on, which we all know is the most helpful. I love walking into a clean facility with kind faces!

Every time I've shopped here the experience has been fantastic. They're always well-stocked with great Ohio-made products, I never have to wait very long, ordering and paying is a breeze, and the staff are wonderful people. Today I didn't have time to order online before I stopped in, and Evan helped me find some good deals on exactly what I wanted. Thanks Evan! I can't wait to be back.

Rewards are not working. Ordered online to pick up and was told one price and was charged a different price. Went in to discuss was told it was missing city tax. Came home found the other receipt in the bottom of my bag. Called and was told there was nothing they could do to help me over the phone. Was asking questions and was told to call back due to the line in the lobby.

Staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Instantly greeted by a gentleman who runs the front, who also happens to be from WV, I think. Very nice guy, I appreciate the friendliness and greeting upon entry. Loved walking in the back being greeted yet again by another delightful soul. This place carries a brand I prefer so I stocked up, I'll hopefully be back next month for another restock. Also, great deals when you consistently buy you get points which turn into discounts. It's a win for all!
