Purchased 2 vapes over 3 weeks within 2 weeks the battery went out thought ok operator error went back purchased another vape and the battery went out less than 5 days later. Tried to speak with a manager and God bless the kind worker she unfortunately had to inform me it was all sales final despite it being completely out of my control. Unfortunately I'd say they have lost my business. Beware of the Dime Industries vape pens.
