Lady was super rude to my wife when she came in. She was late opening the store. I get that. Don't be rude to my wife or any other customer that comes in the store because you're having a bad day. Now, you're really gonna have a bad day, A lot of people is going to see this review. If a customer asks you, if you have certain products treesap and country cannabis is better than what you are sell especially if it's shake and you light it and it burns the paper without burning the flower, then pre rolls are trash.your response is anything less than nice, you will get a bad review. Treat people like you would want to be treated going into a business. I do Google reviews. Don't wind up on the one star end of my review. They are very detailed and if you want business, you have to be nice unless you want to see reviews like this. I'm trying not to lose my cool, but anybody that treats my wife anything better than they would treat their own family. It should not probably be working on customer service.
